Humming Bee Breath | Bhramari Pranayama: a breathing technique
- Sit in prayer position with legs crossed, spine erect
- Relax jaw and face
- Breathe in naturally
- Close the flaps of your ears with your index finger or thumbs (relax shoulders)
- Exhale out a humming sound with lips gently closed like the buzzing sound of flapping wings. Concentrate on this sound within the head.
- Focus on third eye center (Ajna)
- Continue for several minutes and notice how your ears feel when you stop
