Humming Bee Breath | Bhramari Pranayama: a breathing technique
Sit in prayer position with legs crossed, spine erect
Relax jaw and face
Breathe in naturally
Close the flaps of your ears with your index finger or thumbs (relax shoulders)
Exhale out a humming sound with lips gently closed like the buzzing sound of flapping wings. Concentrate on this sound within the head.
Focus on third eye center (Ajna)
Continue for several minutes and notice how your ears feel when you stop
